iHome iPL22 FM Clock Radio is a very straightforward speaker dock. Gray plastic makes up the majority of its body, which curves smoothly over the back in a very natural-feeling design. It’s tall at over 5″, but at 4.8″ broad and 5″ deep, it’ll only take up a modest amount of space. A fabric speaker grille and the bright blue display, which shows the time, alarm clock, and audio input information, are on the front. Volume, tracking/station control, power, mode, play/pause, sleep, the single alarm, and snooze all have their own buttons. 

The Lightning plug is recessed within the top of the speaker properly charging the iPhone and allowing it to communicate with the speaker.
