Inspection of purchase products by customers

Customers are required or advised to ask for assistance from any of our staff members to inspect the item(s) before or upon purchase. If there is any form of defect or dissatisfaction with the product the customer should immediately bring this to the attention of any of our staff members of L.C. Sawh Enterprises Ltd before exiting the store.  

Preferred Payment Type

It also should be noted that our preferred form of payment should only be by CASH, LINX, or Certified Cheques. No VISA or MasterCard payments are accepted unless specified by the Director(s) of L.C. Sawh Enterprises Ltd.

Warranty Policy

All items sold on “SALE” will NOT be subject to a warranty.

The customer shall, before purchase or delivery of any product(s), seek clarification on the company’s warranty policies since certain products’ warranties are varied.

Note#: Make sure you enquire about your warranty expiry date. Not all products carry a 1 Year Warranty and not all products carry a warranty that is ‘No warranty’.

L.C. Sawh Enterprises Ltd shall not be under obligations specified in either of the following events:-

• Any failure to follow the product’s instructions/ user manual or failure to perform any reasonable preventive maintenance measures.

• Where the item(s) or part thereof has been the subject of abuse, faulty installation, abnormal service or handling, misuse, alteration, neglect, involved in an accident or the serial number altered and/or defaced, improper alterations or modifications in design or construction unauthorized repair or physical damage or any problems associated with the electrical failure or power interruption voids the warranty.

Note#: Only our staff member(s) make the final determination as to the existence of any such defect(s).

This warranty is extended to the buyer only and proof of purchase is necessary to honor the warranty and the product(s) returned must not be damaged in any visible way. If there is no proof of purchase provided with a warranty claim, L.C. Sawh Enterprises Ltd reserves the right, not to honor the warranty set forth above. Therefore, labor and parts may be charged to you (the consumer).

During the warranty period, L.C. Sawh Enterprises Ltd. will repair the product(s) returned to which, upon reasonable inspection, prove to be defective in materials and/or workmanship that is we are unable to repair the product, it shall be replaced with an equally similarly performing product that is new or refurbished. Repairs are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty.

No sales personnel of L.C. Sawh Enterprises Ltd or any other person is authorized to make any warranties other than those described above or to extend the duration of any warranties on behalf of L.C. Sawh Enterprises Ltd, beyond the time period described above unless specified by the Director(s).
